If you wish to hire a car, with or without a driver, please contact reception.


Pets are not permitted in any part of the hotel, including the rooms.


We are pleased to offer you a selection of toiletries such as razor, sponge, comb, etc.

Safety Deposit Boxes

We recommend use of the strong box in your room as the management cannot be held responsible for jewellery, valuables or money left in the room or elsewhere in the hotel.

Fire. What to do in the event of fire

In the event of fire, notify reception immediately. Break the glass of the alarm button in the corridor of your floor and sound the alarm. Leave your room and close the door. DO NOT USE THE LIFTS, use the STAIRWAYS only. You will find a floor plan indicating the emergency exits at the entrance to your room.

Payment methods

We accept all major national and international credit cards, and regret that we cannot accept personal cheques as a form of payment. In accordance with our house rules, our reception staff will contact you if your bill should exceed €700.


Our hotel has a private garage. If you wish to park your car in our garage, please contact reception.

Garage rate: 17.00 € VAT included per day.


Should you require any extra services, such as hangers, pillows or other items, please contact reception.


Our hotel features WI-FI technology (wireless internet connection) in all its facilities.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning

We offer a laundry and dry cleaning service.


Should you notice any damage to your room or if any of the furnishings are not in perfect condition, please don’t hesitate to call reception.

A first aid kit is available at reception in case of an emergency.

Check out

Please vacate your room by 12 noon on the day of departure. The hotel may charge 50% of the daily rate if you fail to vacate your room before 6 pm without notifying reception, and the full daily rate if you vacate your room after 6 pm. Should you wish to extend your stay at any time, please contact reception.

Emergency Exits

You will find a detailed map indicating the emergency exits at the entrance to your room. We advise you to consult it for your own safety.

Meeting rooms

Our hotel offers rooms for the celebration of different types of event, such as meetings, conferences, banquets, etc.


All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.


The telephone in your room offers a direct line by dialling “0”. If you need help or information, please contact reception on “9”, or consult the telephone directory.


The voltage in your room is 220 V.

Safety Tips

The hotel management requests that you read the following Safety Rules carefully.


Keep a close eye on your luggage and do not leave it unattended, even briefly.

Close the door to your room when you leave it and push it again to make sure it is properly closed, even if you are only leaving for a short time.

Keep the door closed when you are in the room.

Lock your luggage when not in use and place it in your locker.

Take particular care with your room key card. If you wish to leave it at reception every time you leave the hotel, just hand it to one of our receptionists.

Immediately notify the management should you notice anything unusual, such as strangers behaving suspiciously in the corridor, or knocks on your room door from people unknown to you.


Never overtly display jewellery, money or valuables in your room or on the hotel premises.

Never invite strangers to your room or tell them your room number.

If you socialise with strangers, don’t tell them the name of your hotel or your room number.
